Stephen founded Turned Leaf Psychiatry to bring same-day, personalized psychiatric care to communities that have historically waited months for help. His patients consistently describe him as patient, attentive, and a partner in their recovery.

Dr. Weldon is trained in both Neurology and Psychiatry and practices in Flowood, MS. He serves as Turned Leaf Psychiatry's collaborative physician and as River Oak's Neuro ICU medical director.

Youlanda Jones brings a whole-person perspective to both psychiatric and primary care. She believes mental health is part of a larger conversation about sleep, stress, relationships, daily functioning, and overall wellness. Youlanda offers psychiatric evaluations, medication management, mental health follow-up, medication-assisted treatment with Suboxone, hormone replacement therapy, family and primary-care services, and health and wellness counseling. Through collaborative, compassionate care, she helps each patient develop a practical treatment plan that supports both mind and body.

Meshun supports our patients and clinical team day to day — helping with scheduling, paperwork, and making sure every visit runs smoothly from the first call to follow-up.
